                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND 
                   APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A GROUNDS 
                   MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH SCAPES, INC. 
                   RELATIVE TO LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 
                   NO. 5059M, ROSS'S LANDING PARK AND PLAZA.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the execution of a Grounds 
       Maintenance Agreement with Scapes, Inc. relative to Contract No. 
       5059M, Ross's Landing Park and Plaza, by the Administrator of 
       Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized, ratified, 
       confirmed and approved.
